We collect information from you when you subscribe to Pattyrn or otherwise contact us.
This information will only be used by us in accordance with the terms herein, to enable us to contact you, discuss what package would be right for you and in order to provide the agreed Pattyrn Services. The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide us with the required Personal Data (name, email address and company name if applicable), we may not be able to provide you or your employer with the agreed Services.
Where you provide your Personal Data to us as a prospective or current member of the WNDYR team, this enables WNDYR to fulfil its contractual obligations to you and/or is necessary for legitimate purposes. You will receive GDPR training and be asked to agree appropriate provisions in your contract.
With a few exceptions, this information is limited to some of information that can be found on a business card: first name, last name, employer name and work email.

We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your Personal Data to those WNDYR personnel who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our personnel about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees' privacy responsibilities. Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, Pattyrn cannot guarantee that Information, during transmission through the internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Pattyrn supports logins using two-factor authentication (“2FA”), which is known to reduce the risk of unauthorized use of or access to the Services. WNDYR therefore will not be responsible for any damages, losses or liability to Subscriber, Administrative Users,End Users or anyone else if any event leading to such damages, losses or liability would have been prevented by the use of 2FA.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on Pattyrn, please let us know straight away. We will investigate all reports and do our best to fix valid issues quickly.
We shall retain and store your Personal Data securely and for as long as necessary in order to meet our contractual obligations to you (or to your employer where it is Subscriber and has not required us to delete your own Personal Details as its employee). We retain personal data for up to 12 months after termination of the Agreement (unless expressly requested to delete the same in case an Agreement is re-commenced at Subscriber’s request. We shall then only retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations under relevant law and our legitimate interests.
